Lamelle Research Laboratories returns policy is as stipulated - Products are sold on a non-returnable basis, with the following exception:
1. If the goods received were supplied in error, incorrect or damaged in transit, provided the Lamelle Research Laboratories is notified within 48 hours from time of delivery.
2. Product recall.
3. Quality complaint.
4. Stock received with less than 3 months shelf life from Invoice date
5. In the event of goods being returned due to a supply error, Lamelle Research Laboratories will not accept any goods for credit, which are not in a re-saleable condition, including products that have been marked or feature customer pricing.
Returns for Credit Policy
1. A credit note request must be forwarded to orders@lamelle.co.za, before ANY credit note for returns can be issued.
2. Once the credit request has been approved, a credit note will be issued and sent via email to the customer concerned.
3. Stock will be uplifted, once the credit request has been approved, by one of our representatives, courier or drivers.
Damaged Goods
1. Before any credit note can be issued for damaged goods, a request must be forwarded to orders@lamelle.co.za.
2. Once the credit note has been approved, a credit note will be issued and sent via email to the customer concerned.
3. Damaged stock will be uplifted, once the credit request has been approved, by one of our representatives, courier or drivers. Lamelle Research Laboratories may request that the damaged stock be discarded by the customer, instead of being uplifted.
At no stage may the customer give orders to any of the Lamelle Research Laboratories courier’s or drivers to uplift any stock without written permission from the company.
